Sausage and Peppers

2 hot italian chicken sausage links (whole foods)
2 tbs olive oil
2.5 cups peppers sliced
1 oz white onion sliced
275 grams baked potato
italian spices
2 cloves garlic

Toss all ingredients together and bake until cooked through at 375 :)

463 calories for half of what was made, not bad at all!

Nacho Omelet

2 eggs
2 pcs cheddar cheese
4tbs salsa
1tbs sour cream
1/4 avacado sliced
1/4 small onion diced
1 garlic glove minced
1/4c red peppers diced

Saute garlic, peppers, and onion.  Add eggs until finished, cover with cheddar cheese, avacado and sour cream.  Surround with salsa and enjoy.  It tasted awesome!

Banana Mango Crisp

Fresh out of the oven!

1/4c flour
3 tbs coconut butter
1/2c rolled oats
3tsp brown sugar
2 mangos, diced
2 bananas, sliced
1 shot captain morgan tattoo (pick a rum you like, you can taste it)
dash of cinnamon and ginger
sprinkle of salt

baked for 40 minutes at 375. :)Tropical flavor.  Entire thing is 1121..so my portion was about 230 Calories.

Avocado, chicken, salsa, sharp cheddar, sour cream

Chicken, caramelized mushrooms and onion, provolone melt with mushroom gravy

Pizza and cucumber!
