Ingredients:
2 hot italian chicken sausage links (whole foods)
2 tbs olive oil
2.5 cups peppers sliced
1 oz white onion sliced
275 grams baked potato
italian spices2 cloves garlic
Toss all ingredients together and bake until cooked through at 375 :)
463 calories for half of what was made, not bad at all!
