Heated some stew I made a few weeks ago that I had stored in the freezer. Ate it along side a crust french roll.
Don't have the exact recipe because I made it a few weeks ago but...
chuck roast
onion diced
carrots diced
celery diced
beef stock
cream of mushroom soup
2 lg potatoes, sliced
I did this roast/stew in the slow cooker for 2 days ...fantastic.
